Find Your Home
Time to get shopping. If you’ve already begun your home search, great. If not, this is the perfect time to get started and find the home that’s right for you. If you need help finding a real estate agent, we can connect you with one of our preferred partners.
Provide Your Info
Tell us a little more about yourself and what you’re looking for. Then, we’ll collect your property details, run your credit, and verify your income and assets up front so that once your offer is accepted, you’ll be three steps ahead. Investing a little more time up front will save you time throughout the process. Octane saves your progress so you can come back and finish when it’s convenient for you.
Compare Options & Lock Your Loan
At this point, you’ll review your loan options and choose the best one for you. In Octane, you can conveniently compare rate quotes with detailed loan information side by side to help you make the right selection. As always, your mortgage adviser will be just a phone call away if you need help.
Complete Your To-Do List
Octane generates a personalized to-do list of all the remaining documents we’ll need from you. Don’t have everything all at once? No worries. You can sign into Octane and upload or e-sign your documents at your own pace. It’s secure and paperless so you can be confident that what’s private stays private.
Processing
Sit tight as we perform rigorous checks to ensure you’re getting the best loan possible. Throughout the processing phase, you’ll be able to see your loan activity in Octane in real time. We’ll keep you up to date on where your loan is in the process every step of the way.
Closing
You’ll see an estimated closing date in Octane so you can prepare accordingly. Octane will also generate your closing documents so you can review them at your convenience. Don’t worry about bringing them to the closing table—your settlement agent will handle that.
