THE HOUSING FINANCIAL DISCRIMINATION ACT OF 1977 FAIR LENDING NOTICE

If your loan request is forwarded to our participating Lenders, you may be issued a financing agreement by the Lenders in accordance with D.C. Code Ann. § 26-1113. If provided, the financing agreement will provide: (A) the term and principal amount of the loan; (B) an explanation of the type of mortgage loan being offered; (C) the interest rate and, if the rate is subject to change, or is a variable rate, or is subject to final determination at a future date based on some objective standard, a specific statement of those facts; (D) the points and fees, if any, to be paid by you; and (E) the term during which the financing agreement remains in effect.
