Loan Officer

Loan Officers network with potential clients and real estate agents to gain new business for Peoples Home Equity. They assist these clients in the process of applying for their home loan from start to finish.

Team Leader

The Team Leaders generally manages a team of 2 – 5 Loan Officers and reports directly back to the Branch Manager. They are usually more experienced loan officers with advice and knowledge to offer.

Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for all Loan Officers and works to keep them up-to-date and as educated as possible.

 

Loan Processor

Our Loan Processors support the loan officers by filling out, verifying, compiling and inputting financial data on loan applications. If the application is accepted, they submit it for underwriting.

Closing Coordinator

The Closing Coordinator acts as a liaison between the Loan Officer and the Underwriters, making sure that the Underwriters have everything they need to submit the loan to be purchased by a bank.

Underwriters

At Peoples Home Equity, our In-House Underwriters are some of the best in the business. After reviewing all aspects of the loan, it is up to the underwriter to assess the risk of the loan as a whole.

 

Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing oversees all marketing initiatives including: database management, advertising, event planning, social media, material creation and distribution, and much more.

This position is also about making connections. The Director of Marketing is constantly promoting the company by attending networking events, meeting with potential clients, and helping the loan officers find qualified leads.

The Director of Marketing also has a Marketing Assistant who helps with any and all projects based on company needs.
