History
Peoples Home Equity was formed in 1997, and quickly grew to the #1 FHA correspondent in Illinois for 12 years running. Along the way, Peoples earned a top 100 National Freddie Mac ranking, and two mortgage company of the year awards.
Where we are at now
In 2009, Peoples Home Equity evolved to Peoples Home Equity, a Full Eagle FHA Banker. Peoples Home Equity offers on-site underwriting (for much faster turnaround times), and more programs than ever, including 203k, $100 down Hud-owned home purchases, and reverse mortgages. Of course, Peoples offers the standard product lines, like FHA, VA, and Conventional Fixed rates, and a variety of adjustable as well.
